        Virtual Reverse Expo

Space is limited to 15 pharmaceutical companies.
How will it work? Instead of moving around an open square table, we will move people virtually. Each company will have a Zoom "room" for their (2) company representatives. At regular intervals and in sequence, representatives of the hospitals will visit the "rooms". The movement and timing will be controlled by the Zoom administrator.

Cost: $1250 per company (limit of one virtual room per company; 2 company reps) by Oct. 2nd; $1500 after Oct. 2nd if space is available   Click for the CSHP  W-9

We urge everyone to reserve early by submitting a completed registration form; payment can follow.
Reservations are not confirmed until a completed registration form is received.
