31st Annual Catch the Wave Conference
& the Greg Gousse Residency Conference
October 27th & 29th; November 4th & 10th
For the health and safety of all participants, a virtual program is being presented on weekday evenings, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The Catch the Wave and the Greg Gousse Residency Conferences will feature 5.5 CE credits, posters, the annual meeting with awards presentations, and a Reverse Expo. You may register for the full conference or single evenings.

The RPD meeting that usually takes place live during CTW will instead be offered virtually on Tuesday, Sept. 29th at 3:00 p.m. Conference registration is not required to participate. If you are a RPD and have not received the Zoom link, please contact Colleen Teevan.

**Non-members** Let us know if you'd like us to apply a portion of your non-member registration rate to include full member benefits through December 2021 at no additional cost.

Your registration must be received by Tuesday, October 27th.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the first evening of full conference registration or of an individual evening registration, to receive a refund, minus a $10 administrative fee.
Payments to CSHP are not deductible as a charitable donations for Federal income tax purposes but may be deductible as business expenses. Please speak with your tax advisor.
