6th Annual Mock Interviews

This time of year can be stressful for pharmacy students, PGY-1, and PGY-2 pharmacy residents as interview season is quickly approaching! Interviews can be anxiety-inducing, however the key to overcoming this fear is preparation!

Come join us for the Residents Task Force's 6th annual Mock Interview Event to prepare for your upcoming interviews. The Residents Task Force of CSHP is arranging a mock interview event at Hartford Hospital on January 9, 2020, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, in Hartford Hospital's Special Dining Room adjacent to the cafeteria. We are inviting P4 pharmacy student members and PGY-1 and PGY-2 resident members of CSHP.

We have arranged an agenda with a presentation on preparing for the interview and an opportunity to practice your skills through a mock interview. Interviewees will rotate in a round robin style to practice answering interview questions with CSHP members and receive feedback during the session. Interviewees should also bring their updated CVs as there will be interview stations that will target specific questions from your CV to prep you for future interviews. 

Come join us for our event to help prepare for your interviews in the upcoming year!  Additionally, we are looking for CSHP members to volunteer to serve as interviewers for this event and provide feedback to the interviewees. Your time and expertise are highly valued and appreciated by our interviewees!
