• Review general pathophysiology, screening, diagnosis, and prevention of Type 2 diabetes
• Review standards of care for treatment of Type 2 diabetes
• Discuss changes to screening, assessment and management of associated co-morbidities
• Discuss updates and modifications to the current guidelines and how pharmacists can promote these changes
