You will receive recognition in the official program & on Tri-States' websites if received by 4pm Aug 23rd

Rates

• Early Bird exhibit registration: $1,700 per exhibit space BEFORE 4 p.m., Aug 23rd 
• Early Bird additional company reps: $150 pp by Aug 23rd
• Late registration $2,000 per exhibit space after AFTER 4 p.m., Aug 23rd
• Additional company reps after Sept. 1st: $200 pp Aug 23rd

Cancellation must be submitted in writing on or before August 23rd, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. for a full refund less $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on August 23rd, 2022 will not be refunded.

Payments to the Tri-State sponsors are not deductible as charitable contributions but may be deductible as ordinary business expenses. Please speak with your tax advisor.

At this time, the Tri-State Committee is planning for an in-person event. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 and all regulations regarding travel and safety to provide updates to our membership. The Tri-State Committee will require all presenters to adhere to all COVID-19 requirements put forth by the Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York Health-system Pharmacists including but not limited to vaccinations, testing, mask mandates, social distancing, etc. in order to present at the 2022 conference.
