Virtual Reverse Expo

We've reached our registration limit of 15 pharmaceutical companies and have activated a WAIT LIST.

How will the virtual reverse expo work? Instead of moving around an open square table, we will move people virtually. Each company will have a Zoom "room" for their (2) company representatives. At regular intervals and in sequence, representatives of the hospitals will visit the "rooms". The movement and timing will be controlled by the Zoom administrator. Yes, you can have a display in your room.

$1250 per company includes one virtual room for 2 company reps

Please remit payment by Oct. 2nd to avoid having your space assigned to a company on our wait list.

We urge everyone to reserve early by submitting a completed registration form; payment can follow.
Reservations are not confirmed until a completed registration form is received.
