Join the CPA and CSHP for Pharmacy Day at the Capital, a signature advocacy event bringing pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, students, and pharmacy advocates together to engage directly with Connecticut lawmakers. The day will begin with a breakfast briefing, where participants will receive timely policy updates, key talking points, and advocacy guidance to help frame conversations with legislators. Following breakfast, attendees will participate in one-on-one meetings with state legislators and their staff, providing a meaningful opportunity to share firsthand experiences from pharmacy practice and discuss priorities impacting patient care, public health, and the pharmacy workforce. No prior advocacy experience is required—CPA staff will provide resources and support to ensure all participants feel prepared and confident. Because advocacy is so important, this is event is free for all in the CT pharmacy community. |
