2025 Poster Abstracts

The Connecticut Society of Health-System Pharmacists (CSHP) is calling for poster abstracts for our Annual Catch the Wave Conference. This is your opportunity to highlight innovative projects, showcase research, and share initiatives that elevate pharmacy practice. For any questions please reach out to office@cshponline.org.

Submit Your Abstract

Eligibility

May be a member or non-member of CSHP. Chosen poster presenters will receive complimentary registration.

Open to all career levels: pharmacy students (please specify didactic or experiential year), PGY1 or PGY2 residents, practicing pharmacists, or other professionals (must specify role).

Poster Guidelines

Word Limit: Abstracts must not exceed 400 words.

Sections Required: Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

Ethics: If applicable, include a statement on IRB approval or note if not required.

File Format: Upload Word or PDF (no posters, abstract only).

Poster Display: Accepted posters must be printed. This year’s posters will be displayed on easels.

Best Poster Award

At the Catch the Wave Conference, presenters will be judged and the highest-scoring poster will receive a trophy, a prize, and a year of free CSHP membership.

Review Process

Abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of volunteer pharmacists. Authors will be notified of acceptance by mid-October.
