Purchase of an exhibit space includes
30" x 6' table, two chairs, registration for two company representatives
Recognition in the official program & on Tri-States' web sites
Post conference, a list of attendees (who have granted permission for inclusion) will be emailed
Exhibits: $1,650 per exhibit space by 4 p.m., September 1st; $2,000 after September 1st
Additional company representatives: $150 each by 4 p.m., September 11th; $200 after September 11th
Space sells out so please submit an online reservation form early; payment can follow.
You may remit payment online using a credit card or offline by check.
Checks are payable to CSHP (note TriState 2019 Exhibit on check) and mailed to

Cancellation must be submitted in writing on or before September 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. for a full refund less $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on September 8, 2020 will not be refunded.
Payments to the Tri-State sponsors are not deductible as charitable contributions but may be deductible as ordinary business expenses. Please speak with your tax advisor.
