It's easy to become a member:

CSHP’s membership term runs from January 1st – December 31st but you can join at any time of the year. Membership is official and acknowledged by mail when both an application and dues payment is received.

We offer convenient, automatic, recurring dues payments for Active, Active-joint and Retired pharmacist members, Pharmacy Technician members and for Associate members. Contact the CSHP office to set this up or mail or fax a completed membership form with credit card information.

*Note: If remitting dues using a credit card and our secure shopping cart, you will receive an electronic receipt by email. If you do not receive a receipt, the transaction was not successful, most often because of a billing address (AVS) mismatch.

    **New Residents** may join CSHP at the start of their program (generally June or July) and receive all membership privileges until Dec. 31st of the following year, 1.5 years of membership for just $40.
